Nursing Homes Support Scheme - "A Fair Deal"

The Nursing Home Support Scheme, "A Fair Deal", began on the 27th October 2009.

From that date onwards people can apply to the HSE for the scheme and it is the single funded means of accessing long-term nursing home care for new entrants.
